Gilbert rolled over in bed and opened his eyes. He reached out to wrap his arms around you, but you weren't there. He lifted his head and looked around, not seeing you inside the shared bedroom.
The two for you had been together four years, and Gilbert had only proposed to you about three months ago. Your wedding was quite a ways away considering money was tight for you. Gilbert had a good job and refused to let you get one, seeing as he was the man and was to take care of you two all by himself. You were somewhat flattered, but still wanted to help. He shared everything 50/50 with you. Not quite like how you had first expected him to be like.
When you first met Gilbert he was a bit of an egotistical jerk. He's still got quite the ego, but he was a sweet man to you, and supported you through everything and anything.
"Frau," the albino whispered, wrapping his arms around your waist as you flipped the pancakes. You smiled and turned to him.
"Good morning, Gilbs. Did you sleep well?" Said man smiled into your neck and his lips tickled your skin.
"Very well, but you weren't there this morning," he gave you a questioning look. You patted his head and pulled the Prussian's hands off of yourself. You put the pancake on a plate with the rest and walked over to the table.
"Sit, honey. It's time for breakfast." Gilbert sits down and grins as you give him his pancakes and sausage. He grins and watches you sit down.
"_______, I love you with all of my heart, but this sausage is a rip off of wurst." You chuckle, taking his hand.
"Mm, just eat. We have a big day ahead of us." He looks at you inquiringly.
"And why would that be, Frau?" A mischievous smile plays on your lips as you watch your fiancé eat his breakfast.
"You'll see…"
You had taken your love out for a day at the skating rink, considering it was perfect for the cold winter. After that you had taken Gilbert out for dinner at an authentic German resteraunt. Then, as it got dark, you brought him to his brother's house.
Ludwig and Feliciana had made an Italian dinner for the all of you. Little did the Prussian know, the three of you had planned the dinner after you had your man for the day.
Ludwig and Feliciana's daughter, Josephine, sat in her highchair and was giggling at you. Gilbert admired the way you were with children. He couldn't wait for the day you both had a little tyke of your own to love. But for now, he could deal with spoiling his eleven month niece.
You leaned over and kissed Gilbert, ruffling his white hair. "Hey, honey, why don't we go into the livingroom." He raised an eyebrow and nodded.
"Ja, that sounds good."
The five of you walked into the den and the brothers sat down. Feliciana gave Ludwig a card and he read it out loud.
"Happy Father's Day, from your two baby girls." Ludwig smiled and kissed his wife. She sat herself in his lap and watched you hopefully.
You turned to Gilbert and handed him his own card. It was shaped as a beer mug with the golden liquid flowing over the brim. It read FREE BEER on the front. He laughed and opened it.
"It says, 'Now that I have your undivided attention, Happy Father's Day'." He looked at you, rather puzzled. "Frau, I'm not a father, I don't need a card." You smirked at him and kneeled next to him, taking his hand and putting it on your tummy.
"Gilbert, yes you are." His smile fell as the realization hit him.
"A-are you serious?" You nodded.
"Mein Gott!" He stood, picking you up and twirling you around. "I'm going to be a father!" Josephine stared giggling and clapping, even though she did not understand why.
"We're going to have a baby, love." He nodded.
"And it's about damn time, too."
You kissed your fiancé and cupped his cheek. "I love you, Gil. Happy Father's Day."

Request - Prussia x Pregnant!Reader : Father-to-Be
The phone rang and Gilbert rushed over as if his butt was on fire. He picked up the phone and jumped on the sofa, almost sending Ludwig flying as he was sitting on the other end. He just rolled his eyes and went back to reading as Gilbert answered the phone in his usual obnoxious and arrogant manor
"Ja, this is the Awesome Me speaking, how may I direct your call?" He said, smiling and admiring the wedding ring on his finger
"We have your wife" a certain American said
He froze and almost dropped the phone in shock. He went pale, paler than usual if that were possible. Then, once what America said had sunken in, his blood began to boil ... almo

The first time you had met Matthew was in a grocery store when you heard him talking to himself about maple syrup and choosing the best grade for his breakfast.

"Non!" I don't care about pancakes! I like crêpes!" Francis whined.
"But don't you want to hear about how Maman and I met?" Matthew asked with a slight frown.
